Appointment Guidelines

In the midst of COVID-19, we want to assure you that we are taking the health and safety of our clients, your families and our artists very seriously. There are many new safety precautions and sanitation measures that we are implementing. Below is an overview of what you can expect from with Triplow Beauty for your appointment.

 

Things to know before your appointment

 

We may reach out to you in advance of your appointment with more specific information relevant to you and your upcoming service. Please plan to arrive on time, but not early.

  • All clients and artists to wear a mask or face covering at their own discretion. We take the comfort and safety of everyone very seriously.
  • If you have been ill or around someone who has been ill, please wait 14 days to schedule your appointment.
  • All consultations will be made before the appointment to answer any questions or concerns.

 

When you arrive to your appointment (at studio)

 

  • Please text your artist when you arrive and wait in the comfort of your car if possible. We will notify you when we are ready for you to come in.
  • Please arrive on-time for your appointment, but not early.
  • In an effort to reduce the amount of individuals in the location at one time, please understand we will not allow children at the appointment.

When we arrive to your appointment (on location)

 

  • We will text you when we arrive and wait outside.
  • In an effort to reduce the amount of individuals in the location at one time, please understand we will not allow children at the appointment.
  • Location should be prepared before we arrive:
    • Thoroughly wipe down and sanitize any services that the artist will lay their kits on,
    • Open windows to flush out any stagnant air,
    • Prepare a space for the artist to set up at. If more than one artist will be present, please allow for proper social distancing protocols to be met.

 

During your appointment

 

  • Before start of services, everyone to either wash or sanitize their hands upon entry, after using the restroom or touching their face or mask.
  • Masks to be work at the client’s discretion, they will not be provided.
  • Artists are following strict sanitation and disinfecting procedures all day long. These procedures include but are not limited to frequent hand washing, disinfecting chairs, styling stations, and tools, disinfecting door handles and knobs, restrooms, and all high touch areas.
  • Please avoid using phone and non-essential items during the appointment.

 

At any time during our contact with you, if we feel you are not complying with the rules stated above, show signs of illness or are in any way combative we reserve the right to refuse service and will ask you to leave immediately.
