Services Minimums and Travel

For all weddings taking place on Fridays through Sundays, as well as on holidays (both the day of and the weekend of), there is a monetary minimum of $1750 for services only. If the total cost of your wedding day services falls below $1750 but you still wish to proceed with the booking, you can do so at the flat rate of $1750.

Please note that the minimum booking fee covers services only and does not include expenses such as travel, parking, touch-ups, or gratuity.

Travel is calculated at +$0.75 per mile per artist.

Cancellations

All fees for previews, initial installment payments (retainer), and final payments are non-refundable, and payments must be made as agreed upon. In the event that the wedding date changes, all initial installment payments (retainer) and final payments remain non-refundable but will be credited if we are able to re-book the date and have stylists available.

Preview Appointments. It's crucial to recognize that missed or canceled appointments without sufficient notice result in lost opportunities for businesses to fill those time slots, and other clients who are waiting for appointments may miss out on receiving services.

In consideration of all our clients and professionals, you may cancel or modify your appointment at no charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to cancel your appointment within this timeframe will result in being charged the full price of the scheduled service(s).

Assigment of Stylists

For weddings requiring six or fewer services, including both hair styling and makeup, a single artist proficient in both areas (often referred to as a "dual" artist) will be assigned. To book a team comprising one hair stylist and one makeup artist, a minimum of five services per artist must be booked.

If you require more stylists than the minimum, we can accommodate your request provided we have stylists available for your date. An additional fee of +$150 per requested stylist will apply, along with their parking/travel fee.

Securing Your Date

The initial payment of 50% of the total beauty invoice serves as a non-refundable and non-transferable retainer fee. This fee fairly compensates Triplow Beauty, Stacey Triplow, and any associated artists for committing to provide the agreed services and for turning down other potential projects or clients.

Changes or removals of services can be made within fourteen (14) days of contract signing. After this grace period, no services can be removed from the contract. Full payment is required thirty (30) days prior to the event date.

Bridal Preview Scheduling

If you would like to book your bridal preview on a Holiday or a Holiday Weekend, an additional +$150 surcharge, per artist, will apply on top of the stated preview fees.

Amendments to services may be changed or removed within fourteen (14) days of contract signing. After the fourteen (14) day grace period, no services can be removed from the contract. Full payment is due thirty (30) days prior to event date.
